"The Request Line Is Open!" Hehheheh

Hey people,

I decided to take upon one of my fellow reader's advice and make a post of what I have on my request list public and use that to help better fulfill the requests made by you readers. Hopefully this will work out and take a shit load of stress off my back. See, in recent months I've just been so much more busier with getting the stuff that I wanna post outta the way first before taking on the requests. I mean well. I really do. I just want to satisfy my readers to the best of my ability.

So I humbly apologize for not making enough requested soundtrack posts like I used to. So hopefully that will change now. I am going to list everything I have currently on the "Request" list. Some of them have no name or screen name attached to who requested it. But most of them do. I'm taking some of the requests off for the ones that I already have the soundtrack to. I plan to fulfill those requests very soon now. I promise!

This is one of the new things that "Summer Of Inferno" will bring. More fulfilled requests. I bet some of you are happy with glee - lol! Finally, if anyone ever wants to request something just go here. Read the latest updated version of this post (It will be constantly updated) and then leave a comment. You can comment if you wanna help contribute with something I need for a reader or add a request. I will try to figure out a way to link to this post somehow so that no one ever has trouble finding it and wants to make a request. If any of you veteran bloggers out there know how drop me a line. I really wanna know how.

Remember, if you have anything on this list and don't mind sharing with me that particular soundtrack please get in touch. You can send it to me thru e-mail and I will try to get ahold of the requester and send it to him/her. Thanks people. Or you can post a link to the soundtrack on a server like Rapidshare or any server you like. If anyone out there has any suggestions about this whole post and what I'm talking about here please also contribute. And with that said, out goes the oft-neglected dusty list I store in my drawer - "The Request List"

New Rule For The Official Request List - Please everyone, limit your requests to just two soundtracks or scores at a time. If you request something more than 2 at a time the other ones you requested will be ignored. Sorry folks, but it's not easy trying to get all these requests filled and if more people request more than they should it won't be fair to everyone else and it will force me to not longer take any requests. Hope you can all understand. Thanks! :)

Another New Rule For The Official Request List - From now on all requested soundtracks when filled will be found as links in this post's comments. Helps me a ton and it's easier for me doing that. If you need a soundtrack that's in there and it's a dead link just let me know and I'll try to get it back up soon. Keep in mind that some of these links will not always be mine so if it's dead it may take a while to get it back up cause I'll need to try to get in touch with the original uploader/reader. I hope with this rule it'll bring better enjoyment of this request list. Thanks! :D

Jon said...

Hi Ripper, this is Jon
how about an extended score/soundtrack of the breakfast club w/ all the instrumental music they used in the film that they never put on the official soundtrack release, kind of like what you did with the 2 versions of the Planes,Trains,And Automobiles soundtracks you have up, and can you get ahold of the full soundtrack scores to Grandview U.S.A., and Revenge Of The Nerds by Thomas Newman, that would be great,
thanks,
Jon
p.s. thanks for working on the Godzilla 1985 soundtrack

LMG said...

Hey, bud, how are you? I have "Boxing Helena", "Roxanne" and "Godzilla"; I'll send you the links tonight. I can tell you that "Brimstone" is damn near impossible to find; someone posted a few tracks over 10 years ago on Napster and I haven't come across it since. Thanks for all the great music! Later -- LMG

hunter141072 said...

yo Long Island Ripper !!!!!

ok dude, i guess i should add some more data about emanuelle specially as this one really is a hard soudntrack to find, my apologize...ok as many of us know there are lots and lots of emanuelle movies: emanuelle black, emanuelle purple, emanuelle yellow, emanuelle in paris, emanuelle does mickey mouse while nobody is watching at the backlot of disneyland...... but the only one the REAL one that was the hit and has the great music is emanuelle, the 1974 french movie with sylvia krystel, the soundtrack as we can imagine was released in those times as a vinyl l.p. by arista records, the main song is by Pierre Bachelet and is a very very famous theme, but i do know that the record that was released in usa has the main song performed by jhonny "only his mother knows him" who....so that`s why it`s important to find the original one, i do know that there is a cd version of this soundtrack released in japan but unless your first name is indiana it`s kind of impossible to put your hands on it.

well that`s the info i can give so far hope it`s usefull, again thanks for the great work dude!!!!

see ya!!!

The Long Island Ripper said...

hi jon,

that is so weird you requested that cause i was watching this movie on cable recently and wishing i could do that one. see i can't that's the thing. at least for now. see in order for me to rip the instrumental music without dialogue or sfx i would have to have the new DVD which is 5.1 surround sound. i can only do those kind of rips with DVDs with 5.1 tracks. i just got a new program that does just that but i haven't tested it out. and looks very complicated. plus i don't own the new DVD nor do i want to. Cause I just buy Blu-ray nowadays. and that movie or Nerds is not available on that format right now. but i don't know of a program that does it for blu-ray at this time anyway. so sadly i'm afraid i can't fulfill those requests. I'm assuming Grandview never received a score release either. Sorry bro BTW the recent Nerds SE DVD that was released a year ago didn't have a 5.1 track :(. Also i didn't make the soundtracks for planes trains automobiles. that goes to Phaota and Fritz. i'm assuming if there is any instrumental music thats not on the original album they might have just did a regular dvd audio rip and still have the dialogue/sfx.

sorry again to be the bearer of bad news. but it doesn't seem to be in the playing cards at this time.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey LMG,

i'm good you? it's been a while. i see you've begun sending me those requested osts. thanks pal. thanks for the tip on Brimstone. btw extra cool points for having a Bloom County avatar on your profile. Love Bill The Cat! ACK ACK ACk! LOL!

take care friend.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey hunter,

no need to apologize pal. i just added your info to the official request list. if there's anything else you want me to add to it in the info for it on that list let me know. here's hoping either a reader or myself is able to help find this golden nugget.

thanks for the support pal. take care.

Phaota said...

Why, oh why, would anyone want the score to "The Gods Must Be Crazy 2"? That had to be one of the worst sequels of the 80s. The first film is a classic, but the sequel was terrible.

Phaota said...

"Grandview U.S.A." is like the soundtrack to "Hardbodies", impossible to find all of the songs for. I only have a small selection of tunes from both. Sure wish these soundtracks were available on LP. I'd get them.

The Long Island Ripper said...

to each his own i guess...

hunter141072 said...

phaota:

are you serious man??? i mean the movie is not that bad, i really like it to be honest it thought it was a lot better than the first one. anyway the soundtrack is really good you should check it out in the movie, it has some african flavor that makes it a very funny and pleasant soundtrack, it`s really good i hope somebody can find it....
btw i noticed somebody was asking for war games????i do have two songs from that movie the main theme that plays on the credits and the main song, (both the original ones) but it`s not the full soundtrack, to be honest i love collecting soundtracks but usually i only keep the main themes and songs or some incidental pieces that i like from the movie, the only ones who i kept in full are the soundtracks of lucas and the passion of the christ, anyway as i said i have the main theme of war games by Arthur b. Rubinstein and the song by yvonne elliman, if they can be usefull let me know ok???

see ya guys!!!!

"Gods Must Be Crazy", the first film, had the excellent soundtrack. I have the double-disc set of both films on DVD, and after watching the second again, I can only question why the director thought a sequel was needed? Sure, it had it's humorous parts, but for the most part, the action scenes were on cleary obvious and badly done rear projection sets and the model work with the plane going waaaaay too high was terrible. Looked like an amateur had done it in their garage. The first film was a masterpiece of humor, music and camerwork. The sequel bombed, both in the theater and with critics, and I can easily see why. And yes, I saw it when the film came out in the theaters too.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey gulshan,

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey philbs79,

sorry friend don't have any of those soundtracks. tho i believe there's a track from Slumber Party Massacre 2 if i recall over at The Manchester Morgue on one of his compilations. Tuff Turf is available at The Master Cylinder's. It's a private blog and you need a invite to access it. Ask on the Franklynot blog to see if someone can hook you up with a invite. cause Master Cylinder reads that board. Sorry I can't, I don't wanna get in trouble with M.C. since it's a private blog.

hope that helps. take care.

Hi,
thank you for the expanded Death Proof Score and the ultimate mega Indiana Jones Scores.

Here my request: The COMPLETE Scores of Battlestar Galactica (Movie + TV Show) and Star Trek II The Warth Of Khan.

Greetings from Germany

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey scifi soundtrack,

no problem. glad you like.

i hope you can understand but i have to limit your request to 2 cause i have another comment i didn't approve yet cause it had even more stuff you requested. it's a new rule i'm putting in effect tonite. Only 2 requests per person at a time. makes things easier on me. so let me know what 2 you want the most and i'll update the official request list with that.

take care.

SciFiSoundtrack said...

Yes, i can understand that. I think you get every day a lot of requests.

So, i think with the Battlestar Galactica Promo 4 CD album we have the most of the BG TV Show. My request is The Complete Score of Battlestar Galcactica (Movie) and Star Trek II The Wrath Of Khan. I would be great to have the full recording season of both soundtracks or so.

And again big big thanks for your superb work. You make a lot of Terentino fans in good old Europe happy.

Kind regards

SciFiSoundtrack

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey scifi

thanks for understanding bro. i'll update the official request list. and btw check out cbox for a link to a star trek khan link to a blog that has that score you need. let me know if that's what you need.
thanks for your kind words pal. i'm glad made my European readers happy with the Tarantino stuff i've posted. :)

take care.

SciFiSoundtrack said...

Hi Ripper,
I hope i do not get on your nerves, but i want to explain my request. I'm after the classic Battlestar Galactica score from Stu Phillips. I think the most oft the BG TV show is on the 4 CD promo album. BUT i think not all music from the BG movie (the two cut of the three part mini series which is the prequel of the TV show) is on the Soundtrack LP from 1978, the german CD recording from the LP or on the rerecording CD. Especially the main title on soundtrack LP/CD is different to the main title which can be heard at the beginning of the movie. The LP/CD soundtrack is different from the movie soundtrack!
I'm dream of getting a rip of the movie DVD or the recording seasons.
I was very happy when i saw that the recoring seasons ot Star Trek - The Motion Picture are available. It exist an expanded score of Star Trek II but with SFX. I'm after the complete Score or the recording sessions of thos movie too. Me be you score ripping gurus can tell me how to extract the music soundtrack from a movie DVD, so that i can rip the Battlestar Galactica by myself. In the end i would like to have a mega ultimate score collection of BG movie and TV series like you did it in a great way with the Raider scores.

And another question. I got from a blog frind a Star Trek score of the Classic TOS episode Return Tomorrow which is a rip. Return TO Tomorrow is not one of the official releases of the Star Trek TOS scores which you can bay on the music market e.g from Varese Sarabande. On the cover is written "The Complete Score Project". What a pitty that the guy who send me the CD did not answer to to my questions. Have you heard from rippers who did that "Star Trek Complete Scores Project"? And did they finish the project? If yes, where do Star trek fans get that stuff?

Thank you in advance.

Greetings from Germany.,

Kind regards

Hi there! I could contribute with Mistery Train (Jarmush's film score, right), please just tell me how'd you preffer, by posting a link or e-mailing you; as a request, I also go for the original Emanuelle, and a very special one I don't even know if was ever released: Subway Riders, from Amos Poe movie and featuring John Lurie.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hello jack,

not sure if it's that Mystery Train. i would assume it is tho. but yeah if you can post a link here that'd be great. i will add your request soon to the list. but i have to tell you my friend right now the blog is kinda in a 'limbo' with this whole Rapidshare business. i have to wait a bit more before i can make a final decision to see what is the outcome with Rapidshare's problem. hope that's ok.

take care.

p.s.: and all you folks out there, don't forget, if you love the music, go buy the original albums! i'm sure that every now and then they give the artists a penny, or less...

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jack,

thanks bro for the rar of that score. about RS look at the latest post i made on this blog and read the comments too. you'll find out all about the problem with RS.

thanks again. btw i'm with you too with what you said in the P.S. bro.

Ripper, I have the "My So Called Life" official soundtrack finally. I may have been the one who put the original request in for you. I plan to post it on my blog in November. At that time you can grab the download link and post it here or link over to my blog, however you want to do business.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey fiji,

i think it was you who put in that request. actually my good friend LMG sent me the released version of the soundtrack not too long ago i believe. The reason why I didn't post it was that it wasn't "The Complete Soundtrack" with every song from the show. She tried to compile from what I believe but it wasn't complete. I don't have that anymore but I was waiting till I had that complete till I was going to post a link in here. Thanks for letting me know pal. I'll be sure to remind my readers know when that is posted when I see it on this comment page so they can go over to your awesome blog and snatch it up. And with that it'd give ya some blog promotion here. Thanks again for the update. I'll be sure to update the list in a few.

take care bro.

The Fiji Mermaid said...

Ripper,

Very cool. That sounds good. If you do eventually compile a complete soundtrack that has the songs from the show that didn't make it onto the soundtrack I would love that. I even created a custom album cover for myself for the official release, usable only as album art on the mp3 file, but I can revise it for a "complete soundtrack from the Inferno Music Crypt" type of deal.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey fiji,

cool. I have to be honest with ya Fiji pal tho, I never really got into this show. I watched it a few times but I wasn't really into it. So I may not do that complete soundtrack project myself. I'm sure there's TONS of songs easy and hard to find that are missing and that kinda puts me off to start cause I already am tied up with a bunch of projects already for the blogs. Maybe LMG can help? I'll have to ask her if she ever made any more progress on that complete edition she was working on. But if she one day finishes you can bet that I will post here and I'm sure i can use that custom Inferno Music Crypt cover you can make for it cause LMG's a doll and I'm sure she'd give me permission to allow me to present it as that. With a big credit to her of course. I'll let you know what she says soon on here. But then again if you wanna take a shot at the complete soundtrack, go for it bro. I'm sure it'd be a big hit.

talk to you soon. take care.

The Fiji Mermaid said...

Ripper, yeah the show is not for everyone I suppose, no worries. It's one of my favorites though ;-).

Cool, LMG I think have left a comment or two on my blog. Yeah if she gets it complete I'd be glad to do that cover and add her name to the cover too. I may take a crack and making a complete sdtk myself maybe LMG and I will meet in the middle of putting it together. I just need the time to do it. Later man.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey fiji,

yeah i mean i wanted to like it. But i remember really liking one or two episodes. Not enough tho to buy the DVD tho.

sounds good bro. Like I said LMG's a doll and she's real cool. I wish you two luck with that project. Also, I'll make a mental note to contact her soon to let her know you wanna get in touch with her.

take care buddy.

THE REF: SONGS OF SUBURBIA
"GET OVER IT" MOVIE SOUNDTRACK
I know I know, it's not pretty and I can actually hear jaws dropping and faint voices squeaking out "WTF" "WHY THAT CRAP" Trust me, I have a reason and both of those movies have a special meaning to me and someone else. So do whatcha do! Thanks

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey MovieGal,

thanks moviegal for the cool compliment :).

had a question for you, is "FIND THEM AND I WILL BE IN YOUR DEBT...ALWAYS
THE REF: SONGS OF SUBURBIA" one whole thing? not sure. is it a soundtrack for a movie or tv show? not sure on that either cause i never heard of this. let me know. as soon as you can let me know i can then add it to the list on this post.

take care moviegal.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey skurvey,

i will add those requests to the list pal.

take care.

Phaota said...

Problem is "Something Wild" is that it will never be complete. It's one of the bigger soundtracks at 51 songs. So far, I've only managed to locate 37 of them. The other fourteen are extremely rare and near impossible to locate. The missing songs are:

* Dana Preu - Minut In G Major (Instrumental)
* Lisa Chadwick and D.C. Stringer - You Can Turn A Light On
* The Feelies - Fame (Cover of Davie Bowie's 1975 song)
* Q. Lazzarus - The Candle Goes Away
* The Judy's - Riding In A UFO
* Electric Sheep - One More Cup Of Coffee
* The Crew - Co-II
* Stanton-Miranda and Stephen Vitello - Secrets
* Jiggs & Co. - I Really Love You
* The Community Holiness Church Choir - One Day At A Time
* Danny Darst - Black Sheep Of The Family & Long Legged Women (Country music songs)
* Chuck Napier - My Watercolors (Possibly an instrumental)
* Rev. Jim Roche - R.U.O.K.?

If anyone has these, please get in touch with me. Thanks.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey psec,

my friend Phaota told me that those songs are all period set songs from the 60's so he doesn't have it. but i will add it to the list anyway. plus he says there wasn't a soundtrack released but maybe someone made a custom soundtrack and can share.

take care pal.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey deaditeash,

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey gabriel,

i don't believe I have any Twin Peaks music in my collection but i will add your request to this list. I'm still trying to master the DVD Audio ripping that you speak of. i do know you need DVD Audio Extractor and Goldwave to do it. that is if you wanna isolate the music on the DVD to a mp3 or whatever format you desire. hope that helps.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey psec,

oh, thanks for the heads up peter. i'll make a mention of the fact there is a soundtrack release in the official request list post. hopefully someone can help ya out.

deadpool_09 said...

nononono thank you ;)
idk if this helps but i think these are made by recording the audio off of emulators for whatever system there is.

Gary k said...

I was wondering if you could get The Toxic Avenger OST or score please.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jokerman,

oh ok. i know about emulators and roms. love that stuff. i don't know how to do that kinda rip myself. but i know someone who may. i can ask him if he has that music you seek. i remember tho downloading ages ago a plugin for winamp called NoseFart or something like that that enabled you to listen to the complete game soundtrack and sfx for a file you download for that specific game. it would play in a endless loop each music track and you had to advance it to the next track to stop it from playing the loop. but unfortunately i think it was for regular 8-bit NES games and not gameboy. could be wrong tho. try google. i'll ask my friend if he has the music you need in the meantime.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey Gary,

oh man do i wish i had the toxic avenger music too. alot of people have requested that on some soundtrack sites that i go to. It doesn't help that all the DVD's of The Toxic Avenger have all been in what sounds like crappy mono. Considering Troma's treatment of their movies regarding picture and audio quality on disc has been truly lackluster i doubt we'll ever get a 5.1 release of this movie on DVD. Cause if it is released in 5.1 then there is the chance of getting the music ripped and isolated using DVD Audio Extractor. But let's face it folks don't you think a 5.1 track for a movie like The Toxic Avenger is overkill? i surely do.

sorry gary for the disappointing news. if i ever get a copy of the music tho you can bet that it'll be posted at The Inferno Music Crypt. take care.

deadpool_09 said...

thanks. ;) do you know if winamp enables you to burn music to a cd, or if i can vary it to open with itunes?

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jokerman,

np. i haven't used winamp in many MANY years. i use MediaMonkey now which beats iTunes hands down if you ask me. anyway, i'm sure you can do that with winamp. your question with iTunes i'm not so sure tho. sorry.

but i do have good news for you jokerman. J my partner on the blog passed this link to me. try going to this link for what you're looking for regarding ripping game music.

What I was wondering was if you could arrange the songs from the sessions according to the way they are used in the film and combine them with the songs from the soundtrack. If not it's cool. BTW I love your site!!!

Didn't notice this buttong until now - sorry - looking for the OST to Hideaway (1995).

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey dragon9,

sup pal. yeah that's a cool idea. but i can't really do that project right now. i'm not as familiar with the score as i am with the vocal songs in the crow so it would take several viewings and many hours to figure out which score tracks are played when. i'm assuming the recording sessions are played as in order as in the movie but i think there are some tracks in the recording sessions for that release that weren't in the movie. sorry bro. i can't devote that time to that project right now. maybe some other adventurous soul on here can help out. but i am happy you love my site. i always appreciate reading positive feedback from my readers :)

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey blackflagg,

hmmm guess it's oop then. i'll try to work it in the posts before the month is out (May) if not definitely June. sound cool bro? expect a nice 320 bitrate rip.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jokerman1

i'll try to dig up that score for ya pal. speaking of TMNT you getting the new DVD or Blu-ray collection coming this summer??? i'm still debating over whether to get the blu-ray cause i'm not sure if i'll still like the tmnt movies before the animated cgi (it was done in cgi right?) one. haven;t seen them since i was a kid.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey MAF,

yeah i came across a fan made copy of a near soundtrack edition for that movie. and i wanna post it but i think i should i try contacting the guy who made it and see if he'll give me permission. i know how to contact him or who i think is him. but i think it's only the least i can do. cause i'd hate to get the guy mad at me if i posted his work without his permission. cause there was confusion over a similar incident on here with the heavenly kid extended edition. but again it was confusion this time and i had the permission from the right maker of the edition and there was a poster of a another edition and he confused it with his own. but all seems to be good now. and i really don't wanna have to deal with that kinda situation again anytime soon. so i will contact the guy and see if i can get the permission to post at the crypt. i'll look into it this week and i'm chime in whatever info i can provide shortly.

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey MAF,

sorry i just noticed that when i said near soundtrack edition i meant to write near complete edition.

my bad.

hey mastermind,

Hello... In 1982 whole world over was shocked with E.T. THE EXTRA TERRESTRIAL... and obviously the entertainment industry was also shocked... In music camp there were some affairs related with that movie... one band called JUPITER 8 recorded and released one single "E.T. Phone Home" which had some airwaves in Europe and Latin America... Will be possible that you search that and put the downloading link? --- the complete name of act is JUPITER 8 Feat KITTY WOODSON
I hope that you can help me
Thanks in advance
Regards
VIRGO

PS: As must be two albums by request: the other I think is more "easy" to get... TANGLED (the album) performed by JANE WIEDLIN

David Laurent-Pion said...

Thanks for the heads up about the Dead & Buried soundtrack...I know that you only allow two requests, so here is the last one: the soundtrack for the film, Shock Waves. The music was done by Richard Einhorn. It seems to me that there is a soundtrack out there, or rather, there was...hopefully you can shake the tree a bit and see if something falls out.
Thanks again!

hey virgo,

sorry for my late reply. rest assured i get around to answering all comments on my blog unless they're directed at someone else. so there's no need to comment again with the same comment. the comments are saved in my database. :)

anyway yeah i can add that ET request to the list. sounds cool. i'll try my best to find it for you. if i find it i will make a annoucement on cbox and then i will put the link on this comment thread. sorry but i can't email individually anymore to let you know that the link is posted. i'm actually more busy than ever to do that now. sorry. but you can subscribe to this comment thread at the bottom of the area where you comment.

i'm sorry to say virgo that unfortunately i can't do album requests either on here. this blog as you know is a soundtrack blog so it's requests for soundtrack or score or songs from soundtracks or scores only. sorry. i have a album blog but i don't do requests on there and unfortunately it's going under soon. sorry that i couldn't help with your album request. but if you got another request that's not album related let me know :)

take care.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey david,

my bad bro. i forgot to add your request before. sorry i was so caught up with other things on the blog i forgot. but i wanted to clarify something did you mean you wanted the score for Dead and Buried you know with the instrumentals? just wanna be sure. some people say soundtrack and i get confused cause it can mean vocal songs or the score (instrumentals done by the composer). so let me know. as soon as you know i will add it to the list.

ah shock waves. yea that's a good one. i can't post unfortunately as it was done by another blogger site. actually i don't think his site is around anymore it was private. but good news david he has decided to make his custom soundtracks available publicly on a great public blog called Franklynot. do check it out man. it's greaatttt! loads of stuff on there and there's message boards for various genres for requesting stuff and discussing music. all free. i recommend everyone check it out. definitely. here's the url

http://isbumsplace.blogspot.com/

scroll down to the master cylinder soundtrack and score project. that's the guy. i haven't been in that message board in a while but he should have it posted there. and if he doesn't just request it. i'm sure either master or someone will be most happy to help out. sorry i couldn't help out directly it's just that i don't wanna get in trouble with master cylinder. it's his work after all :).

enjoy the site pal. hope that helps with your shock waves request :D.

David Laurent-Pion said...

Thank you! I did find Shock Waves on the site you suggested.
As for Dead & Buried, I don't know what's out there, but any or all of the music would be great.
Thanks again!

a) for the most part, succesful in the song search
b) unsuccessful at finding it..maybe you can help me? here's the link. maybe you can make a custom made one??

Hola The Long Island Ripper:
First of all I apologize for my double message... It was not my intention... What happened was that I found your site while was working at office... while was playing one Madonna album.. and I begin to "googleing" searchin some albums and tracks that they are not available on cds due to its original source (tapes and vinyl) or are not available anymore... well I found your site... one emotion invaded myself because the first that I saw (Fast Times At Ridgemont High SoundTrack was one of those album that I was finding for ages!!!) and suddenly I found it (because of you!!!)
Well... I send my first comment... but I did not check if the same was already shown in original thread... so I send one second thinking that the first get lost... oops for that... so second thanks for your space and time and for your kindness... who could say that with one site with such a name has yours (ha ha...) Seriously...
Thanks for your interest in trying to help... Thanks for note me that only soundtracks and scores are the elegible album for request... (anyway in the meantime... Today I get that album that I ask you)... And I have just to suscribe me to Post Comments... and I will be checking from time to time waiting for my request will see the light of day
Thanks again... and take care too

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jokerman,

i never saw that movie "Waiting" but i was thinking of checking it out. maybe i'll add it to my netflix queue. if i like it i'd be happy to attempt to put together a complete soundtrack edition. you wouldn't happen to know how many songs were missing on the CD would you? regarding the song i can look for it since it's in connection to the movie. cause i'm afraid i don't do requests for non-soundtrack music. but this request is connected to the soundtrack so it's ok. i'll add this to the offical request list. sound good?

take care pal.

How about the original The Fog soundtrack? :)

hey it's me [jokerman1, just changed my name/avatar cause x-men origins lol]
but yes, you should checkout the waiting...movie, IMO, if you like grossout/potty humor its the best!

but i have found out there was a soundtrack but it was an itunes exclusive, and it's not on there anymore...if you can find these songs [they were in the film] this would make a great complete soundtrack!

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0348333/soundtrack

btw, would you mind ripping the score in the film? doesent matter if it has sfx.

and yes, adding to the requests list is also perfect! many thanks!! i really appreciate this, many thanks!

The soundtrack to the latest Soderbergh movie, The Girlfriend Experience, would be great!

Its a mix of David Holmes, some street performer, and a "score" composer or something. Amazing music.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey jokerman (aka deadpool)

yes as you can see by my humor on this blog i am into gross out/potty humor. lol. i just added this to my netflix queue. so i will check it out. i cannot make any promises regarding making a custom ost/score. cause if i don't like the movie then it's more a chore than fun when compiling it and making a isolated score. you understand right? nor do i usually take requests for custom osts. but i will make this a exception. i hope you can see my reasoning.

the original Waiting request is added tho.

take care pal.

The Long Island Ripper said...

hey andrew,

i don't have either. but i will add it to the list and hopefully either myself or a reader will be able to find it eventually. sound cool?

hey anonymous reader,

i'm sorry bro but i can't really post anything for that movie since it's still kinda new of a movie. i can get in trouble if i post something that's still in theaters or hasn't been released on dvd. some bloggers can get away with it by releasing music from a movie that's still in theaters. but i try to not take chances. someone else requested music from this movie and i forgot to take it off cause afterwards i realized what movie it was and that it was still in theaters. hope you can understand bro. sorry. maybe after it hits dvd. but was there a soundtrack released or just a score?

I'd love to see a complete soundtrack to "The Insider", the Michael Mann film. I'm not sure HOW much of the music was on the "official" soundtrack but it appears to be mostly a score - and the film (to me at least) sounded like it contained a few needle drops.

mind you i'm still trying to get a copy of the official disc so who knows. it might be complete.
